TicketOr User Group Meeting

At the beginning of March this year we held our first User Group Meeting in Auckland.  A total of 17 attended, with the majority of our sites sending a representative.  Over the two day meeting topics covered ranged from Scofflaw to order of violations.  The exchange of ideas and suggestions has lead to design advances and additions to the TicketOr software.  Dinner that night at the Viaduct Basin gave everyone a chance to mingle and talk ‘shop’.   

In the last couple of months three more sites have been added to our group, making parking sites fairly evenly split between the two current handhelds, the IT500 or IT600.   

 Planning is complete to upgrade the last of our sites from the older version of TicketOr to Web based communications.  Meanwhile our hardware support has been moved to Wellington, being more central to majority of users this will allow for faster turn around times.
